1. When the Client’s card gets blocked due to multiple payment failures
  2. Check the Stripe from the backend and the reason why cards are blocked.
  3. Mention the reason with the client and depending on the Radar Rules share the Credit Card Authorization form.
  4. Verify the card details with the client and specify which card information should be provided in the form.
  5. Share the Form via BunnyDoc to the client’s email and inform the client via Ticket, Email/Live chat.
  6. Once the client shares the signed Credit Card Authorization inform the backend (concerned) team to unblock the card or unblock the card if you have access to Stripe.
  7. Capture the payment from WHMCS or wait until the client makes the payment.
