1. Log in to the Client Dashboard:

– Go to the zone-facing issue.

2. Check the Issue:

– Check the optimise for option > It should be HLS/DASH Live or VOD.

– Check the CNAME & DNS (Domain is verified) record pointed to our CDN.

– Check SSL settings.

– Collect source URL from client and check both origin playback and CDN     playback

3. Escalation to L2 (If Required):

– If the above settings are correct & the customer is still facing issues you can escalate the issue to the L2.
