1. Log in to the Client Dashboard:

– Go to the zone-facing issue.

2. Check the Issue:

– Check the zone settings.

– Check the host name.

– Check the CNAME & domain verification.

– Check the cache settings.

– Check Origin IP resolution as it is an important part of whole site acceleration. It should be Enabled.

– The website-hosted server’s IP address in Origin IP should be added.

– And the hostname of the website should be added.

– Newly created zone SSL will take 24 to 48 hrs of deployment.

– CNAME should be pointed correctly.

3. Escalation to L2 (If Required):

 – If the above settings are correct & the customer is still facing issues you can escalate the issue to the L2.
