Follow the troubleshooting steps
- Check the stream in the control panel
- Check the stream in the WMS Panel
- Check the source and play the source URL in VLC
- Check the source codec
- Check the origin source URL location and make sure the client is using the nearest server
- Check the Pull Mode and ensure selected correct one.
- Check the curl result of the HLS playback URL
- Play the stream from the Origin Server
- Play the stream from RBX and GRA server
- Play the stream from the edge server(Both the client and your server)
- Check the stream configuration in the edge server
- Test the nginx in the edge server
