Follow the troubleshooting steps,
- Check whether DVR is enabled correctly or not
- Check the DVR retention period
- Check the DVR status page and make sure the recordings are available
- Check the DVR server and check the status of the stream
- Try to export the stream to Push zone from your side
- Escalate to the development team if any error message showing in the Dashboard
In case DVR exported successfully and playback not working in Push zone,
- Check file info in File Manager.
- Transcode the file and test the playback URL
- Check the curl command to find the issue
- Check OpenStack Horizon Dashboard(if the file was successfully uploaded or not)
- Escalate to L3 if the issue is not solved
