Follow the troubleshooting steps,

  • Check whether DVR is enabled correctly or not
  • Check the DVR retention period
  • Check the DVR status page and make sure the recordings are available
  • Check the DVR server and check the status of the stream
  • Try to export the stream to Push zone from your side
  • Escalate to the development team if any error message showing in the Dashboard

In case DVR exported successfully and playback not working in Push zone,

  • Check file info in File Manager.
  • Transcode the file and test the playback URL
  • Check the curl command to find the issue 
  • Check OpenStack Horizon Dashboard(if the file was successfully uploaded or not)
  • Escalate to L3 if the issue is not solved
