Follow the troubleshooting steps,
- Check the 5centsCDN control panel and make sure that the nDVR is enabled to the stream and selected appropriate rewind period
- Check the client website or playback URL used application to make sure that the client changed the playback URL from playlist.m3u8 to playlist_dvr.m3u8
- Resave the settings
- Check stream configuration in the edge server
- Escalate to L3 if the issue is not solved
