Follow the troubleshooting steps,

  • Check the 5centsCDN control panel and make sure that the nDVR is enabled to the stream and selected appropriate rewind period
  • Check the client website or playback URL used application to make sure that the client changed the playback URL from playlist.m3u8 to playlist_dvr.m3u8
  • Resave the settings 
  • Check stream configuration in the edge server
  • Escalate to L3 if the issue is not solved
