Follow the troubleshooting steps

  • Login to the WMS Panel and check the source getting in the origin server
  • Check whether the RTMP credentials are correct or not using the encoder end
  • Check client encoding system load
  • If they are using CNAME check using the dig command
  • Make sure the client is using the nearest origin server
  • Login to the origin server and check the load
  • Check client is using the recommended video and audio codec
  • Escalate to L3 if the issue is still not solved
