Follow the troubleshooting steps,
- Check whether the stream source is properly getting or not > WMS Panel
- Check stream codec and other details
- Check the multistream logs in the control panel
- Restart the platform
- Reset the RTMP and update it in the console coordinating with the client
- Check the Kubernetes server and find the logs of the platform
