1. Login to the Client Dashboard:

  • Go to the zone-facing issue.

2. CNAME Checker Tool:

   – Use the [CNAME checker tool](https://mxtoolbox.com/CNAMELookup.aspx) to inspect whether the CNAME is Pointed or not.

3. Pointing Correction:

   – If the CNAME is not correctly pointed, advise the client to rectify it with the assistance of their DNS provider.

4. Domain Name Verification:

   – Confirm that the client has completed the verification of the domain name.

5. Check Verification Status:

   – Navigate to Account > Domain Verification.

   – Ensure the domain verification status is accurate.

6. If the above settings are correct you can escalate the concern to the L2 Team.
