Please follow the steps,
If no source
- Check the source status of the stream
- Check the stream in the WMS panel
- If the source is not getting then check the client encoder and ISP using Anydesk or TeamViewer
- Check whether RTMP and Stream Key are correct or not
- Check the network connection to the origin server
- Change the origin server and test
- Try to push stream from your side if the client allows
- Check all the encoder settings and correct them if anything wrong
With proper source
- Check curl command to verify the error details
Curl -i playback URL
- Play stream from origin server > edit /etc/hosts
- Play stream from gra and rbx server> edit /etc/hosts
- Find stream getting edge server using ping to the hostname(Both your side and client side)
- Play stream from the edge server(both your and client) > edit /etc/hosts
- Login to the edge server and check whether the stream configuration is available or not
- Check and make sure the client is using the recommended codec
- Test nginx in the edge server
