- When the Client’s card gets blocked due to multiple payment failures
- Check the Stripe from the backend and the reason why cards are blocked.
- Mention the reason with the client and depending on the Radar Rules share the Credit Card Authorization form.
- Verify the card details with the client and specify which card information should be provided in the form.
- Share the Form via BunnyDoc to the client’s email and inform the client via Ticket, Email/Live chat.
- Once the client shares the signed Credit Card Authorization inform the backend (concerned) team to unblock the card or unblock the card if you have access to Stripe.
- Capture the payment from WHMCS or wait until the client makes the payment.
