Follow the troubleshooting steps
- Login to the WMS Panel and check the source getting in the origin server
- Check whether the RTMP credentials are correct or not using the encoder end
- Check client encoding system load
- If they are using CNAME check using the dig command
- Make sure the client is using the nearest origin server
- Login to the origin server and check the load
- Check client is using the recommended video and audio codec
- Escalate to L3 if the issue is still not solved
