Follow the troubleshooting steps
- Monitor the stream from your side
- Monitor the stream from the client side
- Check the source status in the WMS Panel and make sure that the source is stable
If the source is stable then
- Play the stream directly from the origin server(edit /etc/hosts)
- Play the stream from RBX and GRA server(edit /etc/hosts)
- Collect ping and traceroute results to the edge server from the client system
- Play the stream from the edge server(both your and the client’s)
- Check the edge server and test the nginx(both edge servers)
- Check the edge server load
- Escalate the issue to L3 if the issue is not resolved
