Follow the troubleshooting steps,
- Use the curl command to find the error
- Check the stream bitrate details
- Check the origin URL in vlc
- Resave the stream name
- Check the conf file on the server end whether it’s updated or not
- Play stream from the origin server
- Play stream from RBX and GRA
- Play stream from the Edge server
- Test Nginx in the edge server
