Follow the troubleshooting steps,

  • Check whether the stream source is properly getting or not > WMS Panel
  • Check stream codec and other details
  • Check the multistream logs in the control panel
  • Restart the platform
  • Reset the RTMP and update it in the console coordinating with the client 
  • Check the Kubernetes server and find the logs of the platform
