Follow the troubleshooting steps,
- Check whether the Domain verification is completed or not from the dashboard
- Use the dig and ping command to check whether their CNAME pointed or not
dig CNAME
ping CNAME - Newly added CNAME needs to wait for 24 hours to deploy
- Coordinate with client and check their DNS
