1. Log in to the Client Dashboard:

   – Login to the client’s dashboard.

2. Check the Source from the Client Side:

   – Verify if the source is successfully being received from the client’s side encoder for the specific stream-facing issues.

– Check the security feature if any is enabled.

3. Check multistream Status (Red/Green):

   – Evaluate the status indicator (red/green) to ascertain whether the source is being received from the encoder.

4. MultiStream platform Check:

  – Check log.

  -Check the source link. 

  -Check live transcoding

  – Video codec

  
5. Resave or Restart plaform:

   – If the platform link is not operational, initiate a resave/restart of the platform.

   – Allow time for the deployment process to conclude.

6. Post Deployment Check:

   – After deployment, reevaluate the platform link to ensure proper functionality.

   – If still facing issues Create a multistream platform in your test account.

      Example – If the client specified an issue with YouTube streaming then 

      Create a platform in your test account to verify the output on YouTube.

   – You can follow the same steps for other platforms as well by testing the 

      Platform in your test account.

7. Final Verification:

   – Confirm that the platform link is now operational.

8. Escalation to L2 (If Required):

    – If the issue persists, escalate the matter to Level 2 support for a more in-depth investigation.
