- Navigate to WHMCS and search for the client.
- Access the client’s profile and click on the “Product/Service” page.
- Identify the service ID for the specific upgrade request.
- Adjust the number of products per the client’s upgrade request.
- Save the changes to update the configuration.
- If it’s the beginning of the month, upgrade the monthly invoice. If not, create a new upgrade invoice.
